LanceChain is a decentralized market for freelancers and project owners, based on the blockchain ecosystem. We are revolutionizing how freelancing works today by removing intermediaries between freelancers and customers. With 0% commissions, additional security on every project and careful talent management, we are a one stop shop for everyone who needs or offers freelance-based jobs.
Our mission is to bring freelancers closer to customers and vice versa, while removing all unnecessary obstacles and ensuring the proper allocation of talent. We believe in the ingenuity, professionalism and talent of the free world and want to bring that quality to the next level!
We at LanceChain want to start with the first by thanking the community for supporting our public announcements and marketing campaigns. We've been getting feedback from everyone to customize the best products for our community.
We have also spent substantial and substantial sums investigating and customizing the LanceChain crowdsale configuration to ensure the best long-term success of the project.
Some facts about the LANC utility token:
Token Distribution:
- 50% LANC is issued to fundraising contributors
- 20% is allocated to partnerships, community grants and public prizes
- 20% for LanceChain's long-term operational budget,
- 10% for founders, team members, advisors and original contributors The founders and team contributors will undergo a two year vesting schedule.
- Price: 1400-2000 LANC per 1 ET (depending on the round)
Going on sale: Going on sale will be announced publicly on LanceChain's site and across all social channels.
Sales Announcement: The date of sale will be announced on February 23rd, at 12:00 GMT + 0 (London time).
Duration: 10 weeks, spread over three rounds
Kick-off day: Gives the same opportunity to all freelancers, project owners and investors to participate in discounts. For more information about how the kick-off days work, read below.
- Whitelist: To ensure your participation in tokenens, participants can register whitelisted at any time before the sale begins on LanceChain's website. The whitelist will be closed 2 hours before the sale begins.
- Token Availability: LanceChain will receive Ethereum and Bitcoin contributions. LANC for ETH contribution will soon be distributed. Funds will be transferable, purchased and liquidated through a smart contract as soon as fund-raising is opened.
Vesting Schedule
Founders and employees of LanceChain will receive their tokens in a 2 year vesting schedule with a 6-month cliff.
Security audit
To ensure that the funds we receive will be secure, the LANC smart contract that we will release before the token will be based on a smart contract that has been audited and listed by OpenZeppelin. The contract is published in Eterscan with verified codes and can be viewed on LanceChain's Github profile page. LanceChain will also attempt to affirm and validate its security by auditing its smart platform contract once the alpha platform version is released to the public.
Kick-Off Day
We have seen how various models of tokensale are played over time and the development of blockchain ecosystems. Often the big concern is that small contributors and platform users lag behind, where 'whales' invest in the most fundraising. Because the LANC token is a utility, LanceChain wants to provide the same opportunity to invest during presale. To do so, there will be a limit per investor 10 ETH / investor on the day of the kick-off. To stimulate further small contributions, during this day, the LANC tokens will be promoted with a bonus. The number of tokens distributed during the kick-off day will be counted as part of the presale token cap.
